Service Description

Introducing Sweat Zone with Alyce Mlynarek Tuesdays 7pm-8pm (Adults) Sweat Zone is an adult dance fitness class inspired by Latin and R&B music. It invites you to transport yourself back to the club days, letting go of your inhibitions. Alyce, brings her unique teaching style rooted in her love for these genres, this class aims to empower adults to discover their inner confidence while working up a sweat on the dance floor. The focus isn’t on mastering the steps; the primary goal is to have fun! This body-positive dance fitness class encourages you to transform your mind, body, and soul through movement and self-expression. Join us for an hour filled with sweaty, sexy vibes, club hits, and a disco ambience—under our disco lights. Shoes are optional. **Note:** Flashing lights and a disco ball are used while the main lights are turned off. $28 + GST Casual Class

Cancellation Policy

NOTE: There are no refunds for missed classes. If a student is unable to attend a class due to illness, injury or compassionate grounds, a makeup class can be taken before the end of each term. CLASS cancellations are sometimes necessary. If class cancellation occurs and make up classes are not available, a refund will be offered for the pro-rata cost of the cancelled class. We will use our best endeavours to accommodate the needs of families but cannot guarantee the rescheduled classes will suit all.
