FUNK FRIDAYS. Adults dance class. Are you a secret dancer waiting to break out? Are you a mum, dad, or awesome adult who wants to get down and boogie? FUNK FRIDAY is a freestyle kinda dance class, the 70s, 80s, 90s and music of now, whatever floats your boat. We specialise in hipHop, funk, jazz, performance & a bit of NQR! This class teaches you how to move your body confidently and with style, while grooving to the beat. It's a fun way to relieve stress, work out, and learn new moves. Sas and Steph will take you through a warm-up and move into fun choreographed routines. No experience is needed (maybe a level of competitiveness for battles!). Bring your spandex, fluro and fabulousness. Get ready to dance and get down on FUNK FRIDAY!
